Last week was a big week for listings in Tooele County. There were quite a few houses for sale in Tooele City with one starting at $115,000 that should appeal to first time home buyers or empty nestors. In Grantsville one of the listings is new construction and comes w/ water shares.
Stansbury Park had 7 new listings last week from $160,000 to a little over $300 thousand.
As you would expect, the entry for Erda Utah was listed as horse property, and the Lake Point addition was new construction.
