I found some great real estate tips for selling your Tooele Utah home this morning. They were written by Bill Gassett owner of Massachusetts Real Estate Exposure, and weren’t specifically about Tooele County. They are generic tips that would help anyone considering selling a house.
I want to share them with you for three reasons:
- Bill Gassett is a knowledgeable and trusted agent who publishes some of the most helpful real estate information for his clients. (that’s why I subscribe to his blog).
- Home sellers should know this stuff; many agents are not aware that many of these tips could be considered best practices.
- If you don’t have an agent you might say “hey that Berna knows her stuff”, “I’m going to call her and see if we can work together”.
