Let me go over some of the things that are covered. They might be important as you get ready to list and sell your Tooele Home.

As Bill pointed out in his article, no strategy fits all situations. But I say most are worth examining, and this is one of them.

Points To Ponder So You Don’t Leave $$$$$

See if understanding any of these issues will help you in your transaction.

  • Fear agent is under-pricing home so it will sell faster

  • Over pricing could backfire

  • Need to start with higher price so we have room to negotiate

  • Don’t accept first offers because higher offer is around the corner

  • Quick offer means we priced too low.

  • Zillow says my house is worth more.

  • What is an escalation clause?

  • Are bidding wars helpful?

  • Why should I avoid open houses? Or not?

  • How open houses can lead to security risks.

  • What is dual agency and how do I avoid it?

  • Almost impossible to sell an over priced home.

  • What if appraisal does not support sales price?

  • Do I eliminate the relocation Buyer?

If any these bullet points cause you to pause and wonder how the answer could play a part in how much money you got at closing the I suggest you go back and read the entire article. In fact read the entire 5 part series. You will be glad and your agent should be pleased as well.
